Terry Collier

Terry Collier is a highly qualified executive with 40 years of extensive business experience in building profitable relationships, efficient sales, and product/ account management for both national and international companies. Presently, co-founder and CEO of GPP, Terry is also President and CEO of Cold Mountain Group, Inc; on the Advisory Board of Green Car Automotive Co. and Filter2Go and on the Board of Directors for Global Resource Management.  His wealth of expertise originated as Co-founder and Co-owner of United Communications Inc, one of the largest interconnect telecommunication companies in the Northwest.

• Terry is skilled in leading cross-functional teams, managing various product lines from conception to fruition; procuring new product development investment capital, determining and documenting new product requirements, developing new sales forecasts, product pricing and launching new products into the marketplace.  He manages large-scale projects for key account relationships such as Costco, Walgreens and QVC to name a few, with a great deal of expertise.

• Reviews product pricing, margin goals and establish product pricing while conducting new product training for sales force, retailer and vendor networks.  Implements marketing strategies and budgets for various products

• Extensive travel throughout China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Australia, and Mexico exclusively for Vendor  related business and attends trade shows to find new products, review competitors products and support current vendors.

• Manages up to 200 employees in various locations throughout the west coast working on a variety of complex projects while setting up financial relationships, systems and processes necessary for optimum business performance.
